Are your pottery pieces microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, all our functional stoneware is fired at high temperatures making it safe for both the microwave and dishwasher. However, to extend the life of your handmade items, we recommend hand washing when possible.
How do you ensure fragile items don't break during shipping?
We use eco-friendly, double-walled corrugated boxes and biodegradable starch peanuts to ensure your ceramics are cradled securely. If an item does arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
Can I place a custom order for a specific color or design?
We love creating bespoke pieces! Please contact our studio via the 'Custom Orders' page. Note that custom commissions typically take 6-8 weeks to complete due to the drying and firing process.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all non-custom items. Pieces must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?
Every item at The Pottery Studio is handcrafted. Variations in glaze flow, texture, and slight size differences are natural characteristics of handmade ceramics and make each piece unique.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to North America and Europe. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
