At The Pottery Studio, we want you to love every handcrafted piece in your home. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and undamaged artisanal ceramics.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully wrap each ceramic item in its original protective packaging and place it securely in a sturdy shipping box to prevent breakage.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our studio team inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
